"You don't know what I'm capable of, you don't know what I've done!"
GENERAL APPEARANCE: Ingrid has eyes that sometimes change in color. They are generally blue, but can darken to grey when she's angry or fade to grey when she's depressed. Generally, however, Ingrid has squinty almond shaped eyes that are blue. She has never liked the shape nor the color of her eyes. She has always wanted those beautiful dark emerald eyes or eyes that are simply one color. Not eyes that change with her moods or what she's wearing.
Her hair is kept long and usually worn down. She can't stand wearing it up unless she has to for a formal occasion. Her hair is auburn, but usually appears either dark brown or bright red. It rarely looks both, but it is, if one observes it in proper lighting. However, as most places vary in lighting and scenery, her hair usually carries the appearance of being one or the other while it is usually both red and brown. And of the two, her hair usually seems dark brown.
Her skin is fair and freckled. While her skin may be pale, it never burns yet it never tans - something which she finds both liberating and frustrating. She would love to have a tan, but she is quite pleased that she won't burn. As far as make-up goes, Ingrid wears only eye make-up and an occasional lipstick. She finds that is pretty without make-up, and she would rather not look like a circus clown. She doesn't know how to apply some make-up like rouge or blush so she would rather forgo it than walk in looking like a complete and total idiot.
As far as her height goes she is five foot nine, which isn't extremely tall, but it is taller than the average woman. She is tall and lithe, with long limbs that seem far too long for her slender figure, sometimes. MOST LIKED FEATURE: hair and lips MOST HATED FEATURE: eyes (too squinty for her liking) HERITAGE: English & Irish ETHNICITY: Caucasian
"The mind is not a book, to be opened at will and examined at leisure."
GENERAL PERSONALITY: Ingrid is stubborn, illogical, and hot-tempered. Not to mention, she's not the most patient person around. She's generally mellow and calm, but on bad days she tends to turn snippy and mean rather quickly. She has a quick and caustic wit, often resorting to sarcasm and snarkiness when people get on her nerves or she just can't be bothered with the presence of another. It's not that she doesn't care about being tactless because she often feels bad later, but at the moment she couldn't care less how rude she is if she finds you irritating.
She is high-strung, one minded, and authoritative. One does not want to vex this order member unless they want to find themselves in an alternate reality, one that probably wouldn't be so pleasurable for them. She has a one-track mind. When she sets her mind to something, nothing will deter her from getting what she wants. Nothing. She is also rather controlling and authoritative. She may be a young Order Member but she has learned a lot through schooling and her mentors and is a strong force to be reckoned with. She can pack more of a punch then one might imagine by looking at her looks alone. She does not like being told no, especially by those whom she perceives as inferior. She holds her tongue when it is expected of her and gives respect to those who demand it from her granted that they deserve it, of course. She is very no nonsense and she is forceful, pessimistic, and a natural born leader though if she has her choice she will not be in control. She steps up to the plate when she has to. She hates suck-ups and arrogant bastards not to mention like all Marrow's, she has quite the temper once her patience has run out.
Intelligent. Ingrid is rather smart. She comes up with clever schemes, sometimes, though, she rarely executes pranks - she has been known to do so in the past. However, most of the time she uses her knowledge to help others or outsmart her enemies. There's nothing more that she enjoys than making a Death Eater see how stupid they really are. She is also rather indecisive, however, so she uses her intellect to weigh why one choice may be better than another.
Ingrid is creative. She is rather imaginative when she puts her mind to things. She likes to come up with things that are new and exciting. She hates it when people steal other people's ideas, thoughts, book ideas, etc. and steal them for their own. She adores originality and new concepts, especially when they are shared with enthusiasm. She is honest, but not too blunt, she is aware that people have feeling and deserve respect, but she won't deign that she doesn't appreciate integrity in herself and others. She can appreciate honesty, even when it's brutal, but she dislikes it when people are tactless and cruel for no reason. Not that any reason is a good one, but at least if they have a good reason, it's more understandable. She is also rather understanding and compassionate to those whom she loves. She shares her sensitivity, love, and adoration with them. Something she wouldn't share with a stranger.
To those who don't know Ingrid, she has a tendency to hold them at arm's length. She isn't an overly trusting person nor does she give up secrets easily. Those who may not know her all too well might say she's simply snarky and fierce and not want to get to know her further, but those who know her would tell you that she is a loyal and sensitive friend always there to lend you a shoulder to cry upon should you need it. It is true that Ingrid can be fierce, and she is strong, but over all she is a good person who wants to help others.

GENERAL HISTORY: Tamara Marrows was happily married to Ryan Marrows, and a member of the Order of the Phoenix. She may not have been the strongest or most prominent Order Member in the history of the Wizarding World, but for one reason or another Tamara was targetted by a Death Eater. It was dark, and Tamara couldn't tell whom he was. She, however, tried to fight off the monster. Despite her best efforts, Tamara could not fight off this vicious man. Three months later, Tamara discovered that she was pregnant and it wasn't her husband's child.
She told Ryan what had happened, of course, the night that it had happened. She didn't, however, anticipate this. Discussing the scenario with Ryan, she told him that if she wanted him to that she would get an abortion. She didn't really want to, but she also knew that it would be unfair of him to raise a child that was the spawn of a Death Eater - further more she didn't know if the child would ascertain his/her's father's horrible personality and alignment. Ryan, however, insisted that the child was not to blame for what had happened and no one was born inheriently evil. They would teach the child to be a good person. Someone that they could be proud of.
So Tamara agreed that it would be best to have the child. She thought the same thing, but one could never be sure. She didn't want to upset him, but Ryan insisted that this had little to do with him. Yes, he would love her child and raise it as his own, but ultimately, she had been the one that was hurt in all of this. Tamara thought that this was a very understanding point of view, but it only made her love her husband more.
On a cold February night, Tamara gave birth to a baby girl who was promptly named Ingrid Zosma Marrows. Like a star, she had been born with a fiery yet beautiful appearance, and thus the middle name seemed oddly appropriate. The girl smiled up at both Tamara and Ryan, cooing when Ryan was near, grasping his finger and Tamara's both at the same time. Tamara laughed, insisting that the baby girl was the most well tempered baby she had known. This didn't change until Ingrid's teenage years, but those were to come later.
When Ingrid was seven, her older sister Lucy had stolen her cookie. As a result, she accidentally (by show of her first sign of magic) smashed a vase upon her sister's head. Lucy howled in rage, but Tamara and Ryan merely laughed. They insisted that one shouldn't touch Ingrid's food, mayhaps? Ingrid apologized, but wasn't punished because both parents knew that sometimes one could do things that they hadn't meant to quite accidentally when one was so young. She also managed to turn her own hair blue once, and ended up sitting on top of the Ministry once to evade getting a spanking.
When she was eleven, she went to Hogwarts and was sorted into Ravenclaw. She always felt awkward being in Ravenclaw because most of her father's and mother's family had been in either Gryffindor or Hufflepuff. It was strange being the odd one out. However, she didn't mind it so much. It was better than being sorted into Slytherin, after all, though, that's where the sorting hat wanted to put her. When on holiday that year, she confessed to her mother that the sorting hat considered putting her into her father's house - but she was confused. She had thought Ryan was a Gryffindor not a Slytherin.
It was then that Tamara told her about her biological father and that she was a result of a rape. However, she insisted that her daughter was loved very much by her adoptive father and her siblings, something which Ingrid knew to be true. The eleven year old was upset at this news, however, and was withdrawn and quiet for a few days. However, after a week or so the girl seemed her regular self and conversed with her siblings again like normal.
It wasn't until she was thirteen when Ingrid began to act out, and get a bad attitude. Fortunately, for Ryan and Tamara this phase didn't last long. Some of the bitterness and anger remained, but it wasn't against them or her siblings. It was against the father that had forced himself so rudely upon her dear mother. She wanted nothing more than to kill him, even if that made her as a bad as one of the Death Eaters.
The June after her eighteenth birthday she graduated from Hogwarts and pursued a career of an Auror. However, after many months she tired of long nights awake and tons of studying. Though, she was an intelligent girl, she was beginning to think that even though she knew she would be as passionate as any other Auror, it was time to pursue something different. So she tried a few different things out, not necessarily liking any of them until she became an employee at Flourish and Blotts. She enjoyed selling books, reading books in her free time, and still having time to spare for the Order. She also liked the fact that she didn't have to sit in a stuffy office all day when she wasn't out and about trying to capture bad guys.
