Special Abilities thread

Just a quick idea, perhaps a special abilities topic would be good. So if you're planning to make a new character and want them to have a special ability, there would be a list of all current characters who have a special ability, so you don't have to traverse through all the apps to see if there are too many people who have a specific ability.
